When others see you differently

Reading the four axes and comparing self-perception with others’ impressions.

Different perspectives are expected

You know your thoughts and doubts; others mainly see your actions in the situations you share. Neither perspective must be wrong just because they differ.

Read four axes

E/I describes outward or inward energy, S/N concrete detail or possibilities, T/F logic or empathy, and J/P planning or flexibility. These labels organize our original questions. Neither side is superior.

What percentages mean

A score such as 72% summarizes scaled responses. It is not the proportion of people, diagnostic accuracy or ability. Values near 50% indicate a small difference; an exact tie is shown as X in the basic type.

Compare your own answers

Your self-assessment is kept separate from other people’s aggregate. Full results can show both. Consider which situations might explain a difference instead of treating it as a fault.

Use results as a conversation starter

Results vary with respondents and timing. They do not establish career suitability, ability, romantic compatibility or health. Choose a concrete example to discuss, without trying to identify individual answers.

Answer requirements and scoring

Answer at least two of the four questions per axis on the 1–5 scale. “Not sure” is excluded from the average. We average each respondent’s answers per axis, weight respondents equally, then convert to 0–100. An axis is X when the rounded whole-number score is 50%.

Percentages express responses on a 0–100 scale, not proportions of people, ability or diagnostic accuracy.

A public link collects responses; it does not publish your results. Anyone who receives a forwarded link can respond.
