Service and eligibility

Minna Mirror is operated by Penguin Engine for reflecting on personality tendencies through other people’s observations. It is not an official MBTI assessment, medical or psychological diagnosis, or certification of ability. Results vary with respondents and timing. There is no minimum age; minors need a guardian’s consent to use and purchase.

Appropriate use

Create requests only about yourself. Impersonation, harassment, discrimination and unauthorized publication of personal information are prohibited. Do not base hiring, selection or other consequential decisions solely on results. Each invitation URL is usable by the first person who responds; it does not verify identity. We may stop collection or take other action in response to abuse or reports. Handle titles, results and sharing destinations carefully.

Price and access

Creating a request, responding and viewing the basic type are free. Full results cost JPY 300 including tax for one assessment, including later responses to that same assessment. New assessments require separate purchases. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. At least 3 responses are required before purchase. Individual responses and respondent names are never displayed, including after purchase. Purchase availability is shown on the assessment page. Your records

Sign in with Google or a passwordless email link to open your records. Saved recovery codes are only used to transfer earlier records after sign-in verification. Responses are accepted for one year from creation. Afterwards, new responses and self-answer edits close, while records remain viewable. Create a new record for the next year; full results cost ¥300 (tax included) per record, with no automatic renewal. Compare with purchased past records. You may close collection yourself, but it cannot be reopened through the interface. Linking does not reopen a manually closed assessment. Deleting your account also removes access to purchased results and is not a refund. Finish or cancel pending payments before deletion.

Changes and responsibility

Maintenance and incident handling may temporarily interrupt service. Major changes to paid features or service closure will normally be announced on this site at least 30 days in advance. Urgent safety measures may be announced afterward. This does not exclude responsibility for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
