Account deletion and purchase recovery

Sign in with Google or an email link and delete from My page settings. Transfer earlier records first with a saved recovery code, or request recovery using an answer link you sent; operator ownership verification is required. Deletion is irreversible, removes access to purchased results and is separate from refunds. Recheck purchases from the assessment page and use the same sign-in account on another device.
