Minna Mirror / Penguin Engine. The seller’s formal name, address and telephone number will be disclosed by email without delay on request to support@mimirror.jp, including before purchase.

Price and payment

Full results cost JPY 300 including tax per assessment, including later responses to that same assessment. New assessments are separate purchases. No monthly charge or automatic renewal. Internet and communication costs are yours; the service adds no extra fee. Pay at purchase using the methods displayed by Stripe. Card debit timing follows your card issuer’s rules.

Delivery and refunds

Access opens immediately after our server confirms completed payment. If access is missing, recheck the purchase on the assessment page and contact support if unresolved. You may stop before purchase confirmation by closing checkout. As digital content, personal-convenience cancellations or refunds after delivery are generally unavailable. Duplicate charges or missing paid results will be investigated and resolved by restoring access or refunding. This does not limit statutory cancellation or refund rights. Include purchase time and Stripe receipt reference in support requests, never a card number or recovery code.

Requirements

Use a current browser such as Safari or Chrome with JavaScript, cookies, local storage and internet access. There is no minimum age. Minors need a guardian’s consent to use and purchase. Purchases require 3 or more responses. There is no application deadline; any pause in sales is shown on the assessment page.

Responses are accepted for one year from creation. Afterwards, new responses and self-answer edits close, while records remain viewable. Create a new record for the next year; full results cost ¥300 (tax included) per record, with no automatic renewal. Compare with purchased past records.
